Had difficulty getting pass to board the tour bus because people from the tour company were unwilling to help or did not know how to help. Mostly they hav attitude and busy convincing tourist to buy tickets so no one is willing to help those who purchased online. I planned to continue my trip for second day for another activity, but because of what I suffered through, I decided not to do it

Horrible! We arrived at the site and they told us to download the sightseeing app to redeem the voucher. first of all the voucher that we had did NOT work. The staff was very unhelpful and couldnt even honor the fact we had vouchers from expedia. The staff told us to speak to customer service and we had to step out the line for over 1 hour. after we spoke to an expedia representative she had to call the sightseeing company to get us a new ID voucher number. But right as we did it, it was too late for the cruise (the last cruise is at 5pm, can you believe that???) And when we finally got in the line for the bus IT STARTED POURING!!!. We couldve made it if the bus company just honored it but they didn’t. Horrible trip. all of our belongings got wet and the downstairs was really crowded so we were forced to sit upstairs with the rain splashing on us.

My Booking on the Expedia website wasn't communicated to the Topview sightseeing company in good time and this meant my wife and I couldn't redeem the voucher for the sightseeing tour at the meeting point for the start of the trip for about three hours after our arrival. This meant we couldn't hop off and hop on at scheduled stops for the attractions along the route. We were only able to complete the liberty boat trip. Also the return journey after the harbour trip was very painful for us as seniors having to stand for over an hour to get a tour bus back to the starting stop on 8th Avenue for journey back to our daughter's flat where we are staying while in New York.

The organization of this group was awful. Noone knew how to use our printed our Expedia vouchers. We were told to walk blocks only to arrive at the wrong location. We lost hours after being allowed on bus, lost time slot for cruise, and then told the bus changed route and had to exit the bus. Noone knew how to get to the included museum tour. Therefore we spent alot of money for 3-4 hours of a 24 hour ticket !
