I really can’t recommend this service enough. It was completely seamless - I switched the location last minute from Santa Claus village to wilderness/nature photoshoot and everyone was so accommodating it was no issue at all. We were collected from our hotel right on time and taken to a stunning location around 15/20 mins away, Emilia was brilliant and so patient with our two boys (who were starting to feel the -23 degrees by the end of the photoshoot)! We received the pictures today and they are just lovely and capture all the fun the kids were having! Amazing memories for us to cherish in a beautiful location that we otherwise would not have seen. I would most definitely book again - thank you so much!

Jana (the appointed photographer) was a really good in clicking pictures and selection of locations. However the experience was extremely disappointing as the photographer arrived with batteries which were empty and did not even carry a charger. The experience has to be stopped in the midway due to no charge in the batteries. We requested if they could charge back the batteries and continue the shoot any time that day but they were not cooperative. We had to travel to levi the day after and requested if they could arrange the remaining in levi the next day (knowing tht they have an office and photographers in levi as well). But they could not arrange that too. There were no alternatives or compensation provided for the experience which could not be completed due to their logistical issue of not bringing camera batteries that were charged. Beyond Artic (the organiser) is very unprofessional and i would recommend not to avail their service. It would be a waste of time, money and energy.
