„The hotel is really nice. We were not so happy with the room. During the day it smelled of onions - really badly! If I would habe recognized that the standard rooms are so dark, I would habe booked another category. It was not clear enough what the differences are. We also had an disabled room were the doors did not close easily… More information would have been nice in the room description. Long waiting during morning in the morning, so we used the exit stairs… but we werw in the 3 floor only.“

Very expensive for what u get.we used the facilities at the university club across the street since the hotel has nothing itself: dirty and smelly. Awful is the only term that fits here. That is not really a five star experience. Staff nice and friendly. Service: found a half empty mini bar which was never restored. The ice bucket was full with smelly water.
