„Das Hotel war einmal eine gute Adresse, leider wurde dir letzten Jahre nichts mehr investiert um den Standard zu halten. Eine Renovierung müsste dringend stattfinden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. 3x das Zimmer gewechselt. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr vorzeigbar. Ich hatte ein Zimmer für 2 Personen inkl Frühstück gebucht und man erklärte uns , dass nur eine Person Anspruch auf ein Frühstück hat. OK? Ich würde nicht noch einmal ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel buchen.“

„This was a waste of money i would like evey cent that i spent here to be refunded......they said breakfast included but yet then said it was not when i was there i asked them to clean the room they said that thst only clean once a day the i also asked them for a bowl and spoon because i wanted to make corn flakes they said they cant give me let me not get started on the wifi password requirements “

„Es hat mir gar nichts gefallen. Das Zimmer ist abgewohnt und gammelig. Das Badezimmer dreckig. Es richt grauenhaft nach einem undefinierbaren Mittel. Die Aircondition ist unbrauchbar.“

„Das Apartment- Hotel liegt ca. 15 min. Fahrzeit außerhalb der Innenstadt. In der Umgebung sind weder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten noch Restaurants. Der Pool war noch nicht fertig gestellt. Soll aber in zwei Wochen fertig sein (Stand Anfang Dezember 2013). Der Service und die Sauberkeit entspricht dem nigerianischen drei Sterne Standard.... Das Hotel ist neu und der Restaurantbetrieb hat die Anzahl der Gäste noch nicht im Griff. Mit langen Wartezeiten ist zu rechnen. Die Küchenausrüstung ist ...

My toilet door locked me for 2hours, I was shouting no body heard me, no room service , I have trekked outside to buy soap and tissue, no towel, nothing given to me. TV is blind, mosquito had their feast on my body, they said no mosquito repellent available. Agura hotel is as good as a short time chalet. “
