„ I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.“

„Das Hotel war einmal eine gute Adresse, leider wurde dir letzten Jahre nichts mehr investiert um den Standard zu halten. Eine Renovierung müsste dringend stattfinden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. 3x das Zimmer gewechselt. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr vorzeigbar. Ich hatte ein Zimmer für 2 Personen inkl Frühstück gebucht und man erklärte uns , dass nur eine Person Anspruch auf ein Frühstück hat. OK? Ich würde nicht noch einmal ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel buchen.“

„I left the hotel earlier and they never refunded my money. They claimed it's up to Orbitz and Orbitz claimed it's up to Citilodge Abuja. Either they are dishinest or Orbitz is dishonest. Either way, same difference; I booked through Orbitz and paid to Orbitz. They both have records that I checked out three nights earlier. After over 20 years as a loyal customer, I'm done with Orbitz. “

I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to replace the bulbs. How does a hotel not ensure that the bulbs in their rooms are replaced. I had to contact hotels.com and they could hardly contact anyone. Kept getting a busy tone.
