„We found the property very clean and loved having the rooftop to sit out at night and watch the stars while the ocean breezes kept us cool. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed,The only issue we found was that the hot water takes a long time to come from the faucets and when showering it goes cold then hot again. Der Strand an sich ist auch schön, hat aber zurzeit ein riesiges Algenproblem. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, ist dass man in der Umgebung kaum Restaurants bzw gar keine Supermärkte hat. „Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. „We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.“
