„Wir buchten ein Apartment mit Balkon und erhielten leider nur ein kleines Nebenzimmer ohne Balkon. Auch auf Ansprache war man nicht bereit uns das gebuchten Zimmer zu geben daher sehr enttäuschend. Die Umgebung war sehr schön, das Hotel liegt jedoch in einem gesichterten Golf Resort und sollte mit einem eigenen Auto angefahren werden. “

„The condo was beautiful, looked as pictured, right on the water, clean, great housekeeping and attention to the grounds. Great location in walking distance to restaurants etc. Our only issue - minimal parking and no response when attempting to contact the number given for the property manager. She should have returned our calls.“

„Beautiful home. Stayed Christmas week with my husband and 3 teenage daughters. Great communication with just— everything was as described. Clean. Safe. We rented a car so that we could drive ourselves to beaches, Xcaret, etc. wish we would have found the BIG grocery store in Tulum sooner— we went a couple times to the Super Aki— which was a decent store for groceries. But there is a Walmart style one farther into Tulum. I can’t remember the name. Lovely trip. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Playa Caribe! The view from our unit was amazing! The kids appreciated the pool as well as the beach! We ate at local restaurants that were recommended by Plaza Caribe and they were excellent! (La Buena Vida, Lol Ha, and La Taverna). Our family also visited the Monkey Sanctuary, the Tulum Ruins, and 4 Cenotes; all of which were outstanding activities! „Just as advertised! i liked that it was inside the gated / manned security gate of Akumal. The condo had a nice breeze throughout the day, and the bedrooms were both roomy and comfortable. I enjoyed the hammock on the patio, and although I did not cook, while I was there, everything was set up in the kitchen that I would’ve needed. The pool was in great condition, and lounge area very comfortable. The onsite restaurant was a definite plus. I definitely recommend this location!“

„We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!“

„This was an adorable condo. The building was very quiet. There were 2 large pools, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The restaurants in the Tulum Country Club were amazing. We also bought a day pass to one of the all inclusive resorts. It was chaotic and confirmed that the quiet condo was the right choice for us. It waa a great stay and the host was very quick to respond. We cant wait to go back.“
