„This place was perfect for two of us. There’s a kitchenette, comfortable living room with dining table, comfy bedroom and a bathroom. It was pretty quiet and easy to find. The location is convenient to the main streets. There’s also a balcony we didn’t use because it was winter. There are three short flights of stairs to the apartment and no elevator. A laundry room is on the bottom floor of the building. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again. “

„We came to Fairbanks for our anniversary. My wife had the idea to come here to see the Aurora. She is Finnish and the idea of a sauna to warm us up appealed to us both. The space was private, spacious, clean, and well appointed. Marc was very responsive and ensured that we had coffee and even had a thoughtful gift waiting for us. The location was close to everything yet away from it all. we drove up to Murphy Dome and were treated to fantastic aurora displays on two nights. I can’t recommend ...

„The place is small, but ideally located and spotlessly clean. Though the living area/bedroom is small, both the kitchen and bathroom were very large. Everything we needed was waiting for us. If/when we make it back to Fairbanks we would definitely stay here again. “

„The apartment was small, but really well appointed. The location was great to walk to downtown for meals out and coffee. Check-in was very clear, and communication with the host could not have been better. We reached out for a couple of things and Jenni was very responsive. We have nothing bad to say, please don't be mislead by the comment that the space is small, maybe it is better to say cozy. „Had to find another place to stay at 11pm because we arrived on a late flight (5 hours after check in time) and the apt. was still in the middle of being cleaned (beds unmade, laundry in the washer and on the floor, cleaning supplies in the bathroom, all the cabinets open, ect). There was no one there. It was like they just walked out in the middle. No response from the owner for almost 24 hours. We were given a refund. Not the best start to our vacation.“
