„Sehr gutes Hotel, aber das kommt aber auch schon in Jahre. Bedarf an kosmetische reparaturen ist ersichtlich. Von der Seite Expedia habe ich leider keine Informationen erhalten, dass bei früheren Check-in einen zusätzlichen tag gebucht werden soll. Das mußte ich Vorort feststellen und buchen, aber schon zu anderen Konditionen.“

„Reception was not helpful at all. Wanted to change the room because I got an ex-smoking room, after a discussion they changed it (at least). They said they smell no smoke. I wanted them to arrange me a driver to Big Almaty Lake. All I got was a Flyer with guided tours, I should call there. At the checkout they wanted me to charge something from the Minibar.
