„Location and accommodation was lovely. Owners were lovely although difficult to locate on expiry. Didn’t get to see them to say goodbye. Only downside was the shower/bath in the large rear bedroom did not work as there was no cold water coming through. A thermostatic cartridge problem maybe. So had to share another en-suite!“

"Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein Minuspunkt war der Schimmel in der Dusche, allerdings wurde das Zimmer direkt nach mir renoviert. Die Zimmer nach Schauspielern zu gestalten fande ich mal eine gute Idee. Alles im allem gutes Hotel."

"Schönes Hotel in Bournemouth. Bis zum Strand sind es gut 10 Minuten Fußweg. Zimmer war geräumig; Personal in der Regel recht freundlich. Ein paar wenige Mankos: die Vorhänge haben das Zimmer nachts nur wenig verdunkelt, kein Kühlschrank oder Minibar, Wellnessbereich kostet extra, Parken ist recht teuer, allerdings finden sich in der Nähe des Hotels auch kostenfreie Parkplätze. Abgesehen davon: durchaus empfehlenswert für ein paar Urlaubstage. "

"Wir mussten einmal das Zimmer wechseln, in der ersten Nacht waren die Geräusche der Wasserpumpe störend. Im 2. Zimmer mangelte es an Heizungswärme sodass ein 2. Heizkörper her musste. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und Verständigungsvoll. Positiv war, Wir konnten im Parkhaus unserem Elektroauto die ganze Nacht aufladen."
