„Located in a friendly residential area on the edge of town, the location is an easy 15-20min. walk from all of the sights of Antigua. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the whole valley including Volcanos Fuego, Acatenango, and Agua. The apartments are clean, modern, well kept, and we'll stocked. The host is very communicative and helpful in every way. I stayed for a week while taking a class in Antigua and would happily return again in the future!“

„I like the fact that it's quiet ,small, place. Personalized service, Good size of room , spacious closet and bathroom. I also like the breakfast menu . Isabel is a loving person. I didn’t like the fact that, there isn’t AC. Or ceiling fan or portable fan, it was hot during the day and evening hours. The water flow it’s low. The shower head it’s too close to the wall. Other than that. I will stay again in my next visit.“

„I am a solo traveller, 65 years old. This unit was a nice, comfortable, safe and a convienent place to stay. I walked everywhere. The rental was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were bright white and thick. The only less than positive things l will mention was that l thought l had a massage scheduled, but that never panned out. (My lower back gets sore after a lot of driving) And l would add a guest book as a number of other owners do. It gives you ideas of where to ...

„The studio was great. Check-in really simple and the host was responsive to messages. Location was good in terms of access to Antigua, but it was a bit loud with the door opening right onto the street. There's more traffic at night than I'd expect.“

„The apartment is great, clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. I’m not giving it 5 stars because there should be an A/C, it’s hot without A/C during the day and at night. Also check in communication is bad, they don’t send email with information/instructions, we had to call them literally parked outside to get to instructions. It also not walkable to center of city, it’s not close, it says 4 blocks but I f it actually is 4 blocks it’s 4 huge blocks, my opinion is it’s way farther but we ...

„Tom has a great property and is SUPER responsive prior to checking in and during/after the stay. Housekeeping does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness of the room and the property. The cat is very friendly. Walking to the middle of town takes approximately 12-15 mins depending on your pace. But the entire area is very safe clean and friendly. “
