„Property is great. Was not fond of the loud furnace or the AUTO setting thermostat. I was hot so I turned down the thermostat but then the AC kicked in. That is when I realized the thermostat had this AUTO feature. There seemed to be a very small range for this feature to kick in. The heat was set at 70 but when I turned it down to 65, that is when the AC kicked in. I then turned off the AUTO feature.
