„We enjoyed staying here. It's conveniently located close to Newport, very quiet neighborhood. The property is reasonably priced, clean. It has 2 rooms and a bathroom. The entry room has a queen-sized bed and the bedroom as well. It has basic amenities - ACs, TV, small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and utencils, cups, paper plates, paper towels. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer. We are very satisfied with the property and communication.“

„We stayed here for a family reunion held in Newport so we can’t comment on access to beaches. The location was perfect for us, out of the fray of Newport in the summer. The house was very clean, nicely decorated but the layout is a bit odd. The entry leads to the kitchen and dining area. Two nice bedrooms and two baths are also on this ground floor. There is a really nice deck and patio but to reach it you have to go through one of the bedrooms, or walk around the house. For us, that was fine, ...

„This adorable home is in an excellent location, especially anyone attending a Navy graduation or wanting to be just (drivable) minutes away from beautiful downtown. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were so soft! The kitchen is stocked (we didn’t cook, but good to know for anyone who wants to), and the family room and kitchen area are very cozy. The owner has excellent communication and the neighbors are very friendly! So glad I found this VRBO!“
