„For an artist who wanted a comfortable place to work and relax, this place was heavenly. The lighting was exceptional, the heating was easy to adjust, the bed was super cushy, the bathroom even had heated flooring! The kitchen was very adequately supplied and everything worked. One small issue with the downstairs TV was addressed by the staff who were super friendly and kind I cannot wait to return!“

„Very Clean and Cozy Home, right on the Beach in Portsmouth, RI. Off Street parking was very easy to use and not crowded during our stay. Check in and check out went smoothly and Owner was very communicative with house rules and to contact if we needed anything during our stay. „We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!“

„We had just finished a very hectic 6 weeks and were looking to relax. This cottage was an excellent choice. It is perfectly situated as we were able to park on the property and walk everywhere. Nearby are the sailing museum, tennis museum and an automotive museum. We walked by the water and saw beautiful boats unlike what we see in California. There are cute shops, the church where JFK was married, and lots of food choices. We opted to eat at the cottage most meals and found all that we needed ...

Location is quiet but isn't very walkable due to lack of sidewalks (adults are fine).
