The hotel staff is great on responding your request, but you need to wait some time for them to response. Overall, it is a great choice and I will pick this property again when I visit Osaka next time. “

There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room.“
