„Owners obviously take care to have a very clean, comfortable experience. Loved the pool, but sorry I didnt scroll down far enough on 1 VACASA message that said that 3 days prior to arrival, request pool heater be turned on. I had planned on on lot of water walking, but guess this is on me. One recommendation about Master BR bed-It was an uncomfortable mattress and wasnt too steady on its feet, so I slept in other room. Just an FYI, not complaining about this gorgeous setting. Also was spooked by ...

„Großes Haus am Wasserkanal, ruhige Lage und sehr guter Gastgeber! Tolle , schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten die Kajaks leihen und wenn das mitgespielt hätte, hätten wir auch Strandsachen (Kühlboy, Stühle etc) leihen können. Der Außenbereich ist neu gestaltet worden und der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur! Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt bei Wane.“

The location is just blocks from Fisherman’s Village and easily walkable to the downtown historic district, restaurants and bars. „Amazing home with plenty of room. Very clean like new property. Everything is well maintained.“

„Das Haus lag in einer schönen Gegend von Cape Coral. Die Aussenansicht des Hauses war genau so wie auf den Bildern. Beim betreten des Hauses fehlte jedoch der WOW Effekt. Das Haus war innen sauber, was man leider vom Poolbeteich nicht sagen konnte. Hier musste nachgearbeitet werden. Jedoch blieben die Auflagen der Liegen sowie die Sitzkissen im Poolbereich weiter schmutzig. Man merkt diesem Haus an das es sich um ein "Rentel Haus" handelt. Es fehlt die persönliche Note ( Schränke im Wohnzimmer ...

„The home is very clean and well taken care of. Well stocked for the kitchen and towels. Communication was fine, response to needing garbage bags for the kitchen was quickly responded to. There is currently major construction on the roads around the home, so some construction noise and detours, but nothing too bad. Would have been a very quiet neighborhood without the generators out front Would still recommend staying here!“

„We have vacationed in Cape Coral for the last 8 years and this home was one of our favorites. Between my sisters family and mine we had a total of 12 guests. It was spacious and the game room was a big hit. The home was supplied with the basic necessities-soap, TP, paper towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc.which was so appreciated.The kayaks and paddle boat were great. The pool area was great and was where we spent most of our time.A few fish were caught and turtles were ...

„Good Experience Overall“

„Zahlreiche Sportmöglichkeiten in einer großen Anlage waren der Ausschlaggebende Grund für unsere Buchung, und hier wurde wirklich kaum ein Wunsch, nicht erfüllt in Sachen Freizeit und Sport. Ein Hot Tub und Schwimmbecken haben für alle Wasserratten das Angebot abgerundet. Zahlreiche Gasgrill Anlagen standen in der Anlage zur freien Verfügung Für uns zwar von hier aus ein guter Startpunkt für unsere Tagesausflüge.“

"Checkin and checkout was done with a remote staff. Not to complain but new experience. Breakfast was ok. Just toast, jelly, two types of cerials, little muffins and waffles. Orange/apple juice and coffee. Property was old but in quite ok shape. Rooms from the outside did not look too inviting but inside was renovated. New bath/shower and new furniture. (room106) Surrounding is good. Easy to get to all places around. Stayed 2 nights. "

"Das Hotel liegt nah am Flughafen von Fort Myers (ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto) und hat ausreichend große und saubere Zimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück im Haus haben wir nicht genutzt sondern waren im gegenüberliegenden Cracker Barrel zum Frühstücken. Mehr können wir zum Hotel nicht sagen, da wir nach unserer späten Ankunft am nächsten Morgen gleich wieder abgereist sind. Wir würden das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn der Preis stimmt. "
