„Sehr schönes Hotel in guter und etwas ruhigerer Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal war unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut und hat eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Dingen geboten.“

„The Rooms are tiny and smelly and dated. Requested to change room as was staying for a whole week and they asked for more money. Other guest that arrived later had better rooms. Reception staff is out to grouch you for money at every request. Had confirmed booking from expedia and was told they did not have the booking and it was cancelled- where in the desk clerk the night before confirmed that the room was booked for the extra night. No natural light- windows facing the next building ...

„Excellent in all respects- I have experience of different premium quality hotels in Dhaka and Platinum Grand was far superior. Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. „Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Service, einwandfreies und gutes Frühstück...ich war mit meiner Buchung im Banane Lake Shore rundum zufrieden. Die Anreise vom Flughafen mit einem Prepaid Taxi war etwas umständlich, da der Taxifahrer das Hotel erst nach langem Suchen gefunden hatte. Deshalb mein Tipp, besser den Transfer auch gleich mitbuchen: Der Hoteltransfer ist viel bequemer als das Prepaidtaxi billiger ist - Die Prepaidpreise am Flughafen sind eindeutig überhöht.“

„The property doesn't match the description given in Expedia. There is no lake view, no living room inside the room. The business studio suite opens up in a kitchen and then leads to the room. Hotel is clean but the area around is surrounded by buildings. You cannot remove the curtains of the room because of the privacy concerns as the other buildings are very close to the property. “
