This one is very comfortable, and they must have worked on cleaning because it was mostly fine. Not perfect, but acceptable. Plenty of towels. Main bed is super comfy and the room is quiet and dark. „Based on earlier reviews, I was worried about cleanliness, but everything was fine. House was very convenient to hawknest which is what we were going for, so that was great. We had slight issue getting in, but got it resolved fairly quickly.“

The cabin is so cozy - we lounged around and watched TV, had the fireplace going and just had some family time! With 4 adults and 2 dogs, we did not feel like we were overcrowded or anything. „We loved our stay. The round house was adorable and the location was perfect - convenient to Boone, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, Banner Elk…..and most importantly all the great hiking trails. The house was decorated beautifully and supplied with everything we needed. And it did not matter that the highs were in the 80s and we didn’t have air condition…the house stayed nice and cool with the windows open! The fire pit was an added bonus and a wonderful way to end our evening after a day of hiking. ...

„This place is an easy 15 minutes to Beech Mountain. Our teens loved the hot tub! The only heaters in the home are space heaters and a ventless gas heater which we didn’t leave on due to the smell. The property manager was very quick to send someone out to light the heater. Fortunately it was not very cold during our stay. The walls were pretty thin so it was hard to have privacy. Otherwise it was clean and convenient. I would suggest upgrading on the heat though.“

„Went here with a group of 9 total. We loved the creeks on the property and the seating for outside; we have been taking an annual trip for 3 years now and it is hard to find seating for everybody. Inside we were able to fit everyone on the couches and chairs, with a few people rotating (some of us have joint issues so the seats were uncomfortable for our hips, but that is not an issue with the house). „We loved this townhouse located directly in Banner Elk. It was perfect for walking to restaurants, stores, parks, and Lees-McRae College. The location is also excellent for visiting the many excellent area attractions such as Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, Linville Falls, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, the Alpine Coaster, and Mast General.
