„The Room and the pools are nice. But the Food in the Restaurants is not good and often cold. At breakfast you have to wait in front of the door but the Restaurant is mostly empty. During we had breakfast no one ask for Coffee or Juice. And selfservice is not possible. “

„Wie schon zuvor hat sich unsere exzellente Erfahrung wiederholt. Dieser einzigartige Ort ist ideal für Individualisten, denen das sonst übliche Resortleben mit "Animation" nicht gefallt. Hier fühlt man sich hier vom Personal zuvorkommend, aber keineswegs aufdringlich bedient. Das Restaurant hat wirklich internationale Qualität vom Feinsten, die in der Dominikanischen Republik nicht leicht zu finden ist. Die Preise sind der Qualität angemessen.“

„Leider mussten wir schon bei unserer Ankunft feststellen, dass unsere Zimmertür sich nicht verschließen ließ. Auch die Balkontür konnte man aufgrund eines verbogenen Türschlosses nicht verschließen. Die Zimmertüre wurde dann nach einer Weile warten wieder Instand gesetzt. Ein paar Tage später funktionierte dann unsere Zimmerkarte zum öffnen der Türe nicht mehr und musste an der Rezeption neu für die Türe programmiert werden. When you go to the main restaurant in the evening, it's difficult to find a seat. But it was okay. Personally, I felt there weren't enough security personnel. I only spoke to a security guard once that evening. There are cameras, but you can't tell whether they're surveillance or fake.towels was no problem."
