„I was in area for a wedding of which the inn furnished transportation to the venue. Wayne was an excellent driver and so helpful. He had patience to help this older woman get in and out of van. Room was clean and comfortable. Employees were helpful and nice.“

„Had to make a last minute booking on a short trip to Austin and had to book whatever was avaialble and werent expecting much but this hotel definitely checked all or most boxes for us. Clean, updated, smelled good, had all the modern tech updates. Staff were friendly, accommodating and provided timely service. Only issue we noticed was the water was too soft and it was hard to get the soap/shampoo off. Would definitely come back.“

„This place has thought of it all! From check in to each detail. Super cute, loved pool area, game room. We stayed in a breezeway cabin and had own personal hot tub. Was hot and ready to go. Slept so well with room darkening curtains and good AC! Walkable path to winery next door!! Will come here again!!!“

"The room at Southpark Hotel was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The gym was also impressive—modern equipment and well-kept. Unfortunately, the location really brings the experience down. The hotel is right by a major intersection, so it's incredibly noisy day and night—even earplugs didn’t help much. The outdoor pool area looks nice, but the constant traffic noise makes it unpleasant to relax outside. Worst of all, the front desk initially gave me a room that was already occupied, which led to an awkward and uncomfortable encounter. Overall, not a relaxing stay despite some nice features."
