Peaceful area as its away from the main road Right in the heart of Placencia so your not too far of a walk from any particular place Host was quick with responding and offered help whenever ypu needed it The neighbors whom are locals are also around and available to help. One thing about the property is tgat there is no AC. ...

„This is not for everyone... and that is a good thing! But for those of you that are not looking fior luxury and don't mind a little rustic charm... this might be for you. Basic, locally built, cabins on a cloudy (but teeming with wildlife) river. Comfortable bed, good appliances, reasonably equipped kitchen. The worst we could say... no wine glasses, in fact no glassware at all, just plastic tumblers and coffee mugs. However, sundowners still taste pretty good from a coffee mug when that sunset ...

„First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!“

Make sure you have clear directions we did not and spent 2-3 hours trying to find this place and then no key? „The property is amazing. Only received low score based on accuracy of listing. My cabin was not one that was pictured, however I did still enjoy the cabin and it was cool and comfortable. The pool was…. Not as clear as the pictures. The food from Jack at the bar was 10/10 phenomenal. I recommend the buffet and full English breakfast. The road coming up the hill is a little rough, but manageable. I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and comfy. Very relaxing.“

„I have already submitted a review. Placencia is a beautiful unspoiled gem. The beaches are spectacular. Carol's Cabanas - Tarpon is located on the main st and very noisy into the wee hours. As it was very inexpensive my expectations were not high BUT it was clean, had 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette ( no oven) a screened porch and suitable bathroom facilities. Water pressure was low, hot water took a while and the porch furniture needs replacing, badly. The local Vacasa problem solver was at the ...
