„Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. Property was well positioned for visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay.“

„Our family of 5 vacationed here for our grandson Spring Break. Carlos and Lucita(hope I spelled her name correctly) were more than friendly and accommodating. Carlos is hard working to keep the ground if the location maintained and does it with a smile on his face. Lupita takes her time making dishes to your family likings including fresh fruit with breakfast in the morning. „This house was beautiful!!! We had access to the whole house which included two kitchens , six bedrooms and several bathrooms. Our communication with the owner Ed and his property manager Iris was super easy. They assisted us with our airline shuttle from BZE via Maya Air as well as our golf cart rental and taxi to and from the Ambergris Caye Airport to the house.The location of this house is south of San Pedro, approximately 4 miles or 19 minutes with the golf cart. „This property woud work well for the younger backpacker group. The beachside accomadations was a draw for us. We are a couple of friends that came to celebrate our birthdays. The Treehouse was clean but smaller than we expected and it was unpleasant without A/C. The listing does say no A/C so no fault of the owner. „Place was nice, it is a little ways out of town but there is a grocery store not to far and plenty of restaurants 5-10 mins away by golf cart. Beautiful view for sunrise and in general. The shared pool was great but we were the only ones there for most of our week. Dock was nice for drop off and pick up for water taxi and snorkeling. I would definitely consider staying here if we come back. “

„Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property; everything was very clean - the kitchen, bathrooms, linens, pool. Excellent views of surrounding jungle and great location to explore Mayan ruins and do some cave tubing that wasn’t terribly close, but not a bad drive. It seems like a bit of a stretch to say so many things are within walking distance of this property, as the property sits at the very top of a long steep road. „We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite.
