„We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. “

„The house is lovely and the view of the river is gorgeous - especially the sunsets. There are huge windows looking out into the the trees and the river. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The kitchen has everything you would need - even popover pans! The owners were wonderful: when the kitchen faucet broke, they fixed it immediately.The private beach is lovely too - although we couldn't really use it that much given it was December. It would be great to come back in the summer.“

„I celebrate Thanksgiving every year with a weekend away with my grown kids and their families. I find a different house each year, and this one did not disappoint! Dustin was very responsive and immediately took care of an issue with downed limbs on the deck and firepit. The open layout of the house was perfect for my grandson, who never stops moving! „We had a great long weekend at Little Bay Waterfront Retreat! The location of this property is awesome. We loved relaxing on the beach which is so close to the house. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It had everything we needed. It was also close to restaurants and shopping. We’ll definitely visit and stay here again. “

„We found this property to fit our needs perfectly. Close proximity to Urbana, Irvington and Kilmarnock. The older home, on the Rappahannock River had been refurbished for today’s needs but retained some fun, and not so fun quirks! Nothing too serious… the water stream in the shower returned after the system built pressure back up.. Would return.“
