„We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. “

„We really enjoyed our stay. We liked the open living, dining and kitchen space. Labels were used to identify specific items throughout the house. House was spacious and very clean with towels and sheets being good quality. My 99 year old mom joined my two brothers and spouses for a birthday celebration weekend. „There are so many wonderful things to say about this beautifully maintained property. The positives were 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators (one by the pool), ice machine, lots of seating on outside porches, large pier w/motorized lift platform to get in and out of the water, luckily a backup generator (we had a bad storm while we were there), pool is shallow and great for water walking, beautiful views from the inside and outside, great crab traps, very safe fire pit, most well equipped ...

„We were booked to go to OBX, but the snowstorm changed that...so plan B! Plan B was a fantastic choice...great place to chill out, drink wine, dance and relax by the bonfire! Hosts were very quick to respond to emails, the beds were comfy and the kitchen stocked! I'd love to come back (I live in Oregon) and bring my grandsons here this Summer! “

„Very interesting home with a lot of family history. Piano. Guitar. Amazing dining room table. Wonderful upstairs suite with other bedrooms two floors away so lots of privacy. Kitchen looked well stocked although we ate all our meals at a relative’s home. I didn’t cook at all. Beach is lovely!“
