„Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. “

„Gym area new and fantastic, other areas mostly run down. Room size is good, matress/bed comfy but also the furniture is worn - so is the bathroom with old, ugly shower curtains etc.. It might have been a nice resort years ago but these days are over. Staff is brilliant and they do their best but without a massive investment into the entire resort it will get worse. „On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop ...
