„John and Carol are wonderful hosts. It really reminds me of going up for family vacations in the 80's and 90's. Very laid back and helpful if any questions or needs arise. Beautiful Lodge and grounds. Great access to boat slips and great boat launch. Our cabin (daybreak) was literally right over the water. Woke up to waves lapping every morning. Lots for the kids to do and fishing is bar none“

„This was the worst VRBO experience I have ever had. The day of my stay I had to message for directions to the cabin. Directions were not sufficient and I had no cell service. I ended up paddling to the cabin (to the “left of the dock” as I was told). It was raining and I couldn’t find the key that was supposed to be under the steps of the deck. „When they say unplug - you really do "unplug" while here. We had perfect weather for fishing, beach time, cool sleeping at night. LOVED the view of the lake from the cabin daily. We actually spent more time in the cabin relaxing than on the lake I think. I'd call it "rustic relaxing" with all the amenities you need. „The property is beautiful. The cabin was nice and spacious. Stayed nice and warm during our trip. It was so relaxing sitting next to the fireplace and watching the snow blow off the trees.
