„There's a lot to do around this hotel, as it is situated on a lake (it's Minnesota, so this is probably to be expected). This was convenient to getting to the southeastern side of Voyageurs National Park. The room was adequately comfortable and felt clean. Breakfast begins at 4:00 a.m. which is convenient for hunters, fishing people, and truckers. They serve pizza 24 hrs/day. The staff was friendly.“

„John and Carol are wonderful hosts. It really reminds me of going up for family vacations in the 80's and 90's. Very laid back and helpful if any questions or needs arise. Beautiful Lodge and grounds. Great access to boat slips and great boat launch. Our cabin (daybreak) was literally right over the water. Woke up to waves lapping every morning. Lots for the kids to do and fishing is bar none“

„Nice property and location, we had 3 boats we brought along and the dock space worked well. Accommodations were very nice as well as location for bait shop and other misc. shopping. We had a great trip with no issues with the property! Great views from the deck!!!“

„The property is beautiful. The cabin was nice and spacious. Stayed nice and warm during our trip. It was so relaxing sitting next to the fireplace and watching the snow blow off the trees. The lake is big and has plenty of room to fish or snowmobile during the winter. They had an awesome ice rink setup with hockey nets and everything. There is a huge playground that our kids spent a lot of time on and were upset when we’d pry them off of it. We stayed over the new year and they had a big fire ...
