„Home is very relaxing. As a family of four, it suited us well. We loved the chest of games. The kitchen had everything and more to prepare meals. It is extremely close to the snowmobile trails, resturants and bars. We highly recommend taking a drover to Miers as well. “

„Good space. Beach is just down the street. Many restaurants walking distance. To note, waterfront patio featured is not just outside the rental. Not far to go but it, and the beach, are not pet friendly.“

„House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome ...

„Stayed there with my extended family for 3 days and had great time. Property was exactly like it was shown and located very nice and beach was just 5 minutes walk. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of things to do for everyone. Giving 4 rating because couple of drawbacks - room with bunk bed had a ceiling fan which was a hazard specially for kids, no dish washer. Everything else was great, the host Rick stopped by and fixed couple of minor things. Overall great stay.“

„Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. „This is a great place for a family stay or vacation. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the beautiful dining/living areas. Having 2.5 bathrooms is also a convenient feature. Centrally located for visits to Utica, New Hartford and surroundings.“
