„Highly recommended place to stay.“

„A service oriental hotel with many activities for kids. From a nice and sizeable swimming pool to a basketball court, kids' playground and table tennis room. Deluxe King room was spacious with a city view. I have sensitive nose so having a non-carpeted floor helps. However, room is not as thoroughly cleaned as we have expected for a newer hotel, especially under the bed. Towels is a bit old as well. Nice spread of delicious local breakfast with coffee machine. “

„Conveniently located right in the famous South Jakarta city central and inside one of the biggest malls there (Pondok Indah Mall). It was so easy to do some shopping (or window shopping) and find great food selections. Not to mention, the hotel staff were excellent. „What is shown on the pictures of this is not what you get. Further room was bad maintained means you couldn´t switch off lights bathroom and coffee bar so you had lighted room all night. As also a service issue with concierge not delivering as promised lost luggage which had been delivered to hotel to send to the room. Overall sad experience whilstother international hotel give better quality to lower price. Was worth a try with not again result.“
