„We came late due of delayed turkish airline flight but my family in Jakarta did inform the hotel teams and everything was great. Check in staff was a young and kind person. The security team too. Our apartment nice, big and clean. We are traveling with an 1 year old baby and it was great they have a kitchen and also a washing machine (but we didn't use it). The bath rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was good too. The staff at breakfast were friendly, great and kind too. Would definitely stay ...

„The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but ...
