„Es war super, dass wir auch noch sehr spät einchecken konnten, weil wir aufgrund von Stau und Verspätungen bei der Fähre erst gegen Mitternacht da waren. Allerdings haben wir nicht alles Informationen erhalten, wie z. B. dass man Housekeeping nur auf Anfrage bekommt. Das Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde umgehend gelöst. Und das Essen war gut. “

„i went with my daughter, had an amazing time! my cousins were at arena uk just 7 mins drive. so had the comfort of being able to relax at the beginning and end of day. Loved the fact had internet and watch all my favourite programmes on Netflix etc. My daughter was able to chill in her own room with tv at the end of a busy day. “

„Service war super. Die Mitarbeiter waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war großzügig. Das Mobiliar könnte aufgefrischt werden. Die Sessel in der Bar waren sehr verlebt, z. B. Armlehnen durchgescheuert und Flecken auf den Sitzflächen. Den Tischen sieht man ein langes Leben an. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war auch nicht 100%. Sehr sehr gut war das Restaurant. Das Essen war hervorragend, egal ob Frühstück, Snack an der Bar oder Abendessen. Wir hatten tolle 4 Tage in ...

„After mentioning an issue with the room first allocated to us upon check-in, we were directed to another room, it was excellent… very spacious, view of the river, very clean and lovely bathroom. We had an excellent night sleep in a huge king size bed, it was lovely and quiet especially after closing time. Looking back at what time we checked in, we could’ve timed it better because it was in the middle of food service in the restaurant and it was very busy, so there was a bit of a wait to check ...

„31 Castle Gate gave us a very clean and comfortable 2 night stay . Private and quiet accommodation clear instruction re parking facilities. Easy access to shops, cafe and relaxing meal/ drink in the evening sat by the canal. Initial access wasn't granted by the code given but a very quickly answered call gave us access for the stay. Thank you to Daniel - very helpful and he also checked in with us to make sure access was ok . Would use the accommodation again . “

„It does what it sets out to be very well. Access arrangements were easy and effective, a code. Sent by text for a numbered key safe, and the property spotless. Plenty of good parking. Room large enough for a short stay and with enough shelving for the purpose. Plenty of power points. Bathroom small but very good and an excellent shower with complimentary body wash etc. The only change we would suggest is that for cold nights, a thicker duvet would be good as even with the extra throws ...
