„This place is a gem in the rough! The drive into the hotel is a bit sketch but the hotel property is amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was like a restaurant. So many choices of food! Free shuttle to the casino. The games and puzzles in the lobby was a nice touch and fun! Lots of places to relax and sit by a fire right outside the lobby doors. The place was so clean! The room was spacious and well equipped. Very clean as well. 10/10 would stay here again! “

„This was my 4th stay with my grandson. Also the first time I was a little let down. The pool's filter didn't seem to be working and the pool was very dirty! The final day it was obvious something was wrong when the water was 6" lower than the night before and you could watch it going lower. The toilet paper holder was broke in our room. This is a wonderful hotel and I certainly hope this isn't a sign of things to come. As always, the employees and breakfast were awesome.“

„Dieses charmante Hotel in Cazenovia ist rechts und links umgeben von kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. In der "altenglisch" eingerichteten Lobby loderten die Kamine. Es gibt im Hotel ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, welches wir nicht aufgesucht haben. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Im Zimmer ließen sich die Fenster öffen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.“
