The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. „Baker Street gleich um die Ecke mit vielen Restaurants. Untergrundbahn- und Busstation ca. 300 Meter entfernt, bis zur Oxford Street ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Wohnung ist war sehr sauber, war alles vorhanden (gekocht haben wir nie, kann deshalb nicht beurteilt werden). Bad ist klein, Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, gibt einige Treppen zu laufen, für uns war das kein Problem.“

While the property is in a stunning location it is run down and poorly maintained. For example, the property was advertised as having airconditioning: there were mini units in each room that had ducts connected to the windows. „This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family! „Amazing location. AC and hot water worked, beds comfortable. Tea kettle and tea/coffee basket were appreciated. Nice to have a lift available for the 4th floor apartment. Pretty quiet if windows closed. Downsides were overall rundown and dirty feeling inside the apartment. Price reflects that this wasn’t going to be a 4-5 star hotel so it’s a decent stay if you plan to be out enjoying London and not hanging out in the apartment very much.“

„We stayed at the micro studio on the first floor. It was a clean room with a well equipped kitchen and a huge bathroom. Unfortunately, the room was opposite to the staff rooms and sleeping longer than 7:30 was not possible. During our stay, a water leak occurred which soaked the first floor hallway but luckily didn’t affect the our room. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again but not in the first floor.“
