„The flat is spacious and in a perfect location. The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. „Very responsive host for a lovely apartment quite suited for our extended family of 8. We were able to drop off our luggage early. Very clean and well appointed. Our kids used the pullout sofas with extra bedding. Lovely bathrooms. The location is quiet, safe, and an easy 10 min walk to the Old Street underground. Good value for our family considering it was a last minute booking. “

„The property was unique. It is an old/ historic property. Some of the furnishings are old and torn such as the desk chair. The furniture needs steam cleaning. Bed in the primary was like sleeping on a hammock. The pillows were old but sheets were clean and duvet was good Bathrooms were dated.“

„Great location but a little difficult to find. Parking space was not clearly numbered. Flat lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds. Very modern . Overall clean but skirting boards and bathroom radiator dusty.TV difficult to operate, batteries needed in remote.. No instructions left for any appliances and no information about tourism in Chester . We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back to this property.“
