„Loved the facilities, the pool, jacuzzi & steam room. I deducted one star was because the pool was shut for one of the days i stayed & the lodge is totally cashless, though the staff were very understanding that i only had cash on the first day & waited to take the room deposit. Friendly & helpful staff, with a lovely housekeeper who was especially generous with the biscuits & hot chocolate! Would definitely stay again.“

„Great fun for the family. Two boys age 5 and 7 really enjoyed the accommodation and parks. Perfect for their age and fun for the adults too. Sadly the accommodation smelt of cigarettes and also a lack of vegan food let the experience down. No options at all which I found really odd and not inclusive. Other family’s and even members of staff agreed that lack of dairy free options was a problem that could be easily sorted.“

„This hotel is located superbly close to the inner city of Canterbury. You are literally a one minute walk away from the pedestrian zone. It is a little bit hard to find, but the staff is nice. The only problem is that there are no (free) parking spaces around. We were contacted a few days via e-mail before our stay by the hotel, which can provide you with a discount for one of the pay-parking lots.“

„As an IBS sufferer, I always carry my own toilet roll which was good in this case as when I arrived, there wasnt any in my bathroom. Also as I stayed in the room closest to the entrance, I did fid it was quite noisy/I could hear lots through the walls. However, there is a polite notice in the information booklets to ask other memebers staying to be qieuter after 10pm. I did really enjoy the bed, had an excellent sleep.
