„We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton and can’t thank the host enough for allowing us to stay. On arrival we were a little concerned at how little the cottage seemed in comparison to the photos but actually it was perfect. We were here for a 7 person Hen Do and it was the perfect location in the middle of all the hustle and bustle - not a great place for any light sleepers though as the lane is busy and the bass from surrounding pubs/clubs is loud. „A very pleasant long weekend at North Lodge. Location is peaceful but well located, plenty of amenities nearby. The house is cute and full of character. The kitchen/diner is a particularly nice space with patio doors out to the pretty little garden with mature shrubs and seating area. The kitchen is very well appointed. The bathroom would benefit from a bin and unit/stand to put products/wash bags on when in the bath. A few hangers in both the double bedrooms would be handy. The beds are ...

„What a fabulous house, host and location! The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was cool, quality yet homely for a birthday weekend celebration it was perfect.. easy access to Hove and close to Brighton to enjoy all it had to offer.. even the rain didn’t dampen our weekend.. we will be returning!“

„Generally a good property, excellent location, great shower and kitchen. We had the unfortunate timing of being there during the on the Beach music festival which was directly across from the flat and as you can imagine the music was quite loud. Beware the washing machine as it is riddled with black mold and mildew rendering it unusable.“

„The property is super, very well laid out, fresh decoration makes you feel like it is bigger than it is. Super location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the shops. Bits of it are in need of maintenance but that is being done. Other's have commented that entry was complicated, we found it simple enough - a code to get a key, and then another code to get through the door. „Really lovely little place, although there's no outside space theres a bay window with seating that was just as good for people watching in the evening Had a little trouble with the bathroom door and the hosts sent someone over to fix it straight away Such a good location too!“

"On our arrival there were problems with the room, but the hotel team went out of their way and gave us an alternative. Overall we were very satisfied, except for the faulty lift to the car park. But otherwise always happy to return."

"No bedside plugs, besides the bed, the room was quite dirty with dust all over the place, sticky leftovers on the bedside tables and hair in the shower. The sink didn’t look cleaned properly as the overflow was covered in grime and lime. Housekeeping should be advices to be more into detail and less into fast cleaning. Besides that, it was a very nice stay with easy access to the train station as well as the complete town"

"Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist die Lage, direkt in Brighton, am Strand und am Pier. Das Haus selbst wirkt von außen etwas heruntergekommen und kann auch innen hier und da eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Unser Familienzimmer in der 4. Etage bot nicht besonders viel Platz und war in die Hotelhalle gerichtet, dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und für jeden war etwas dabei. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über eigene Parkplätze, unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein öffentliches, extrem teures Parkhaus (The Lanes Car Park, Gebühr für 2 Tage MIT Hotelrabatt = 56 Pfund!)."

"We felt welcome. WIFI could automatically be offered, instead to being asked to register yourself to become a member of the hilton Honors group to obtain WIFI for your stay. The additional/optional breakfast room (in case the main breakfast Room the 1850 is full due to peak time) could be renewed. This room needs a little makeover, tables were old and appeared dirty. Only a suggestion. Nevertheless,we had two lovely days in double tree hotel. Staff were very friendly. "
