"A very good hotel near Brighton Station, which is only a short foot walk away. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was plentyful and delicious."

The sink didn’t look cleaned properly as the overflow was covered in grime and lime. Housekeeping should be advices to be more into detail and less into fast cleaning. Besides that, it was a very nice stay with easy access to the train station as well as the complete town"

"Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist die Lage, direkt in Brighton, am Strand und am Pier. Das Haus selbst wirkt von außen etwas heruntergekommen und kann auch innen hier und da eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Unser Familienzimmer in der 4. Etage bot nicht besonders viel Platz und war in die Hotelhalle gerichtet, dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und für jeden war etwas dabei. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über eigene Parkplätze, unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein öffentliches, extrem teures Parkhaus (The Lanes Car Park, Gebühr für 2 Tage MIT Hotelrabatt = 56 Pfund!)."
