In the yard we saw a black bear eating berries, a doe with its fawn, and the usual rabbits, squirrels, herons, kingfishers, dippers and osprey. Coffee on the deck every morning watching the float plane take off from the resort was enjoyable. Peace and quiet and the sound of fish jumping. „My family of 7 came to Canada from Texas to visit Banff NP, Yoho NP, Kootenay NP and the Icefields Parkway. This cabin was the perfect place to go home to after visiting those very busy but very beautiful parks and lakes. It was completely quiet and restful. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed including an ice cream maker which my son used to make almond ice cream and an instapot which we used to make chili. „Had a great stay at this location. Hosts were amazing, answered quickly to all questions and place was very clean. Listing is accurate to what you get, bunk beds don’t have a door but the other two rooms are great.Ski in and out was a little challenging with young kids but overall for intermediate skiers it’s and easy ride in and out.“

„I didn’t actually get to go. My husband had a skiing accident and fractured his knee and ankle. It was too late to cancel or reschedule so my adult children and their children still went. They had a fabulous time! My 3 granddaughters loved the hot tub and jumping in the snow after. They really lucked out with the weather too. Miko was wonderful and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!“
