But if you are a solo traveller and early riser, spending the evening in the room was made a bit sour because of the very loud music from the hotel restaurant, even through the closed window. Reasonably straightforward to check in, although the lighting at the entrance and in the stairwell could be improved - I needed to use my phone torch. The room was great and had a lot of character with a modern bathroom. One minor suggestion - they should change their brand of shampoo. My hair has never felt so gross and greasy after washing and drying! But it was a convenient and comfortable stay. “

„Das Hotel ist ein echtes altes Landhaus mit dem englischen Charme. Kein Boden ist gerade und es ist ein wahres Labyrinth. Eben was den Charme ausmacht! Aber klar sind Zimmer/Bad nicht auf ganz neustem Stand, aber das Bett ist top und das Frühstück auch. Zudem ist die Lage ideal: nur ca. 15 Min vom Bahnhof weg, am Anfang der schönen kleinen Altstadt. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.“
