„We were first stuck at the airport with no shuttle service and the phone service did not help at all until we decided to get a Lyft. The AC was terrible loud, so that you couldnt sleep. Therefore the shuttle system to the airport worked perfectly fine and the restaurant was good for a fair price.“

„The customer service is terrible! It took an hour to check in after I drove four hours to get there. The hotel clerk was very unprofessional and not very helpful at all. My sheets on my bed had cigarette burns on them. There were used water bottles on top of the counter. The room did not smell clean so I decided to go buy bleach to wipe the room down. I was never informed that the hotel was under renovations, everything was a mess. NEVER AGAIN! “
