„The studio was in a great location within walking distance to a great restaurant at API beach. There are many other restaurants in the marina and the walk along the beach is nice but you also have many sidewalks in the front of the property. The view was amazing. However the condo needs a dresser and toaster which is easy to do. The beach has a lot of rocks but you can walk a little and go to several beautiful coves with soft white sand. I would definitely recommend this studio “

„It was a nice property, and the host was great, but during the 8 days I was there, there was no cable, no hot water, the Wi-Fi wasn't working upstairs, and there was so much noise in the morning due to construction at the back of the house. The security lady who works at night at Las Iguanas was disrespectful towards us.“

„We had a great time staying at Cayuco 6. Communication with the Property Manager was top notch. He was very helpful and prompt with all communications, recommendations and getting us set up with a chef. The kids had a great time in the pool and playing with the ping pong table. The beds were comfy and the rooms were nice and cool at night for sleeping. The home was very clean and kept up daily. We’d recommend this home for anyone else looking for a nice place to stay for a family vacation.“
