„Small property in very nice location on cocoa beach (1-2 min walk), good food nearby and beach was excellent. Our cruise ship got in early and our host helped us out and was very nice/responsive. Shower needs a little love but not a dealbreaker for us and it did the job, we had a great time. 3 tvs so everyone in the family was able to watch what they wanted when we just wanted to relax. Would stay again for sure. “
