„The moment my wife and I walked in to this house we knew we were going to have a fantastic stay. It smelled fresh and clean with fancy towels and beach and tiki-themed decor. The kitchen was gorgeous with tile and granite. The best part was the pool area with seating and pool chairs where the kids spent hours and hours horsing around. Even better was the proximity to the beach. It's right up the street a three minute walk. We had a wonderful experience.Sincerely, Cynthia (Steven's wife)“

„It was a very short stay for me. We arrived close to midnight and left before 10 to catch our cruise. Its a cute little villa, small but it served its purpose. It was pretty clean and had some nice touches. Very convenient distance from the port. It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the villa as it was on the backside of the property. Overall it was nice and the communication from the management was great!“

„Everything was close and I walking distance. We stayed two nights before we went on our cruise. Nice place and clean. It had everything we needed. Make sure to pick your own shampoo and soap.“

„Property was decorated very beautifully. Nice open floor plan. Pool and spacious backyard perfect for my 7-year-old granddaughter. Teresa was great to work with. She texted us to remind us when the rocket launches would be occurring so we could watch and she also provided a binder with restaurant suggestions as well as other things in the area that may be of interest. The one thing that is very important to me is the comfort of the beds which were quite comfortable. Thank you so much for ...

„The property is perfect for large group gatherings, whether for one night or two weeks. It offers plenty of sleep choices a large kitchen and three bathrooms. The patio is covered and has a grill. There is a pond, and fishing equipment and a paddle boat are available. The place is in close proximity to Port Canaveral and the Space Center. I hope to come back to explore the area.I also appreciate all the assistance the owner provider to this 1st time VRBO guest.“

„The house is Wonderful and such a great location for us to go to the ship terminal. Ryan is great! Had a small issue with the code not working and we got in late but Ryan answered the phone and got us in the house. Beds are comfortable. Having coffee and creamer was a great bonus! Having shampoo and conditioner in the shower was fantastic, I didn't have to unpack mine. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Ryan.“

„Had hiccup with my entry code call realtors office no response I got assistance from VRBO. Realtor never gave me a follow up call?? I left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. Fortunately the beach made up for it all my grands enjoyed it and the kitchen came more Equipped than expected.“

„They had virtually everything we needed for the stay. They are quick to respond to requests and very accommodating . Definitely staying again. “

„This property was fantastic and super close to family…about as close as one can get in Florida. The management was fantastic and super communicative. I somehow managed to panic lock myself out of the building and called and they were able to change the code super fast. I loved this place and absolutely with be planning to stay again the next time I visit family.“
