„This vacation house has a lot to offer. The pool is beautiful and warm, the location is convenient, the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels for both swimming and showering. The beach chairs and umbrella and cooler were an added perk! When a couple of minor issues arose during our weeklong stay, we were in touch with the property manager a few times. She was helpful, kind, and quick to respond. „Overall a great stay for our family in Cocoa Beach. We have stayed here at Cocoa many times for spring break. The house was as described. Rooms were nice and all the beds we comfy. Cathy was a great host. This was the 2nd house we have rented from her. Pool was nice and kept at a great temperature. Very close to the beach and pier.
