The Flamingo Island is located directly at the Caloosahatchee River With a boat you can reach in just a few minutes the Gulf of Mexico, where you can watch dolphins or manatees directly from the boat (boat is not included - we don't have a boat).The 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house is beautiful furnished and has a very large and open living- dining- and kitchen area with high ceilings. The sunny pool area with large terrace and generous, heated swimming pool offers a magnificent view to the River. Enjoy the evening sunset with a drink on the terrace by the pool or, alternatively, on the separate barbecue terrace. Better can be a relaxing holiday not be! There is a large flat screen TV, WIFI throughout the house with fast internet connection and a stereo system with radio and CD player. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.Please read prior to booking: To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.
