„Excellent place stay. Rooms were small, but it was built in the 1930s. Fully renovated in 2019 and the hotel is still in excellent shape. Easy walking distance to anywhere in Avalon.“

„This was a peaceful stay with a great view! I chose an ocean view room which required the highest floor. The only complaint was no elevator, but its an island. The climb was not bad at all. I would definitely stay again. “

The room was located on street level, with a view of a big, ugly staircaise and the hotel golfcart parked in front of it. There was zero daily housekeeping, nobody ever came and checked the room during our 3-night-stay.
