"We had to leave after the first night as water wasn’t warm/hot only cold, dirty shower (hair), bathroom uncomfortable (toilet in front of basin) and water tap hardly usable as to close to edge of basin. Outside there were pumps (possibly for pool) which were so loud that we hardly could sleep (room 4101 + 4102). Housekeeping was insufficient and didn’t even clean the dirt on the entrance nor our basins in bathroom (toothpaste still in it). That hotel has very good pictures in the internet but these have nothing to do with the reality. Nobody ever should stay there really. A shame for the price they are charging. Hope they give some of the money back as we had to leave after one of 4 nights and had to look for a better hotel which we, thank goodness, found very quickly in Phoenix. Pictures will follow here after weckte back home (won’t be an advert for it, trust me)."

"Wunderschöne, grosszügige Hotelanlage, vier Pools, dass man auch Ruhe findet, moderner und grosser Fitnessraum. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen (dunkle Möbel, Teppich etc). Wir hatten ein rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer und die Walk-in-Shower hat jedesmal das Bad geflutet :-( Viele Parkplätze, aber keine überdachten. Gute Lage, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gepflegte Umgebung. "
