„The accommodations were perfect. The unit was newly renovated and beautifully done. The only problem was it snowed very hard when I was there and didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities they offer due to being closed for ice on the roads. You pay for the amenities card as part of your booking, but everything was closed and no possibility of ever using the card. I called and asked for a refund for the amenities portion and got some excuse that wasn’t acceptable. I hate it, but I’ll never book ...

„It was very clean and the staff was nice. The view of the river was nice. The room was very small considering I had paid for a suite. The mattress slid around on the bedframe. I kept having to fix it. There is very little counter space in the bathroom. I had to leave all of my toiletries on the dresser and only bring in a few items at a time as I was using them. Also very few outlets to use for charging. I feel like I overpaid for what I got.“
