„It was ok. I don't think it really is what I think of as a "boutique hotel". This was a former B&B, so it's basically a nice B&B without breakfast. I will say it was nice having coffee downstairs in the morning, but either have some good pastries or don't put out at all. The very dry mini-muffins and little scones were not great. „Beautiful place!! I loved how it was decorated, the colors in the bathroom. Beautiful view of the lake. The outdoor sauna was super cool!! The beds were very comfy. The jacuzzi tub and fireplace were so relaxing. The only thing I wish there was, was darkening curtains. There is a lot of natural lightening in these rooms which is great! But it was a bit blinding in the morning“

„I was in Duluth for a conference. This was a short drive from the conference hall and very close to lots of places to eat and drink! The room was really nice, the breakfast was delicious with a few really tasty healthy hot options, the staff were very helpful and the front sitting room with the fireplace was very cozy.
