„Fun property. No need to talk to anyone which is interesting. Did not realize that the ceilings had gaps between the rooms and fear I was loud at night! Very clean. Minimal furnishings but comfortable. The common areas were very nice. Parking was confusing. Walking from lot to hostel felt a little creepy late at night. “

„It was ok. I don't think it really is what I think of as a "boutique hotel". This was a former B&B, so it's basically a nice B&B without breakfast. I will say it was nice having coffee downstairs in the morning, but either have some good pastries or don't put out at all. The very dry mini-muffins and little scones were not great. „I was in Duluth for a conference. This was a short drive from the conference hall and very close to lots of places to eat and drink! The room was really nice, the breakfast was delicious with a few really tasty healthy hot options, the staff were very helpful and the front sitting room with the fireplace was very cozy.
