„Great location in South Lake Tahoe, nice studio condo, very convenient garage and first floor access. I stayed with my son, and my two grandchildren, ages 11 and 14 visited us for a few nice dinners. The fireplace is lovely, the bedding was comfortable, and the full kitchen made it really easy for us to store food and cook meals.“

„We had a lovely 5 day stay at the River Retreat. It was quiet, the bed was excellent, as was the bathroom. The location was a stone throw away from the river, and the trails there are just glorious to walk. Hosts were really great. “

„Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!“

„Super easy check in. There was plenty of room for the four of us. 2 adults and 2 children. The beds are comfortable, and showers have great water pressure. The kitchen is fully stocked including coffee, and filters. The window coverings allow complete privacy. (That is a big deal for me.) I would definitely atay again.“

„Lovely rental, I’d definitely recommend it and hope to stay again next time I’m in the area. Very clean, basics stocked in bathroom and kitchen, easy check in and out, cute, and in a nice location! This is in the listing but the stairs to the unit are very steep. It was warm while we were here and the AC unit struggled a bit to keep up during the day but cooled off quickly at night; we were out during the day so it ended up being fine. “

„The place was as depicted in pictures. It was clean and adequate for our stay. The space is small so the beds are against the wall on one side so a little inconvenient for the person sleeping by the wall to climb out. The owners are onsite and very nice. Reasonably priced. “

„The place was in a really cool neighborhood. The vibe was great, the space was nice and relaxing. The communication with the host was excellent and for my first time in Sacramento I was super impressed. Beautiful park close by and some amazing shops and restaurants. Will be coming back!“

"South Lake Tahoe caught us by surprise. We had made a last minute reservation at the Quality Inn when we were traveling and didn't really know what we were getting ourselves into. But South Lake surprised us and we had a great stay. Easy check in, bars in town and a wonderful view of the mountains and lake. Breakfast was included in the price, and the laundry room should also be highlighted. (you can get everything at the front desk with very friendly staff) Cozy and spacious room, parking right in front of the unit. The ev charging did not work with our Jeep rental but every station was available for other manufacturers. I can only recommend spending a night or two here!"

"Das Hotel ist schon älteren Baujahres, dass merkt man an der Zimmereinrichtung, was jetzt aber nicht grundsätzlich schlimm ist! In unserem Zimmer waren die Vorhänge auf der einen Seite leicht kaputt an der Aufhängung oben, wodurch sie runterhingen. Der Speiseraum ist eigentlich ein Aufenthaltsraum der kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten bietet, was bei mehreren Gästen echt eng wird. Die Umgebung ist sehr toll, auch der Parkplatz ist wunderbar! Obwohl wir das Schild zur Zimmerreinigung rausgehangen haben, wurde das Zimmer leider nicht gereinigt. Sehr schade aufjedendfall..."
